Meghan and Tom waited until March 31st to find out that the newest addition to their family was a...............BOY! I remember the moment Meghan shared the news that she was expecting with me. We were at lunch discussing the upcoming Mother's Against Drunk Driving event. I had this feeling immediately that they were going to have a boy. We would like to welcome the little boy who I fell in love with the moment I saw him......Cole Jonathan Carter.
