Jackie and Josh: Engaged!!

We were so lucky with the weather yesterday down on the landing!! We laughed and really enjoyed our time while shooting Josh & Jackie's E-Session! Enjoy this little sneaky peaky! :)

Kelly and Terry: Engaged

Had soooo much fun downtown with Kelly and Terry last night for their engagement session!! They were absolutely ADORABLE together and so in LOVE!!! Here's a couple of my faves from last night!

GOOD PROBLEM!!!

Seriously.....This one is SOOOO hard!!!! Megan and John had a good problem to have.....there were TOO many good shots to narrow them down. We went to the middle of nowhere for their engagement pics. It was really pretty exciting. We drove and drove with nowhere in mind. We knew we wanted "country style" pics, you know, tall grass, fields, barns, the whole 9 yards. And boy did we find it!!!! When shooting a couple you really get a feel of the connection that they share. One thing I admired was the way John seemed to just adore Megan. You can see it in his actions and the way he looked at her. Their wedding was last weekend....so stay tuned for a few from that!

Fight against Mother Nature

So...we originally were set to shoot their engagement pics about 2 weeks ago, but good ole' mother nature had a different plan for us! The day we were going to meet them in Forest Park, the skies turned black and there was torrential downpour! They decided to reschedule, and so our new date was set. Little did we know, it would be on one of the hottest days of the year with the humidity at about 150%!!!! Even though it felt like you could swim through the air, Joey and Courtney were SUCH TROOPERS!! Their pics turned out awesome, and we had a blast!! We went to Forest Park for their pics, because it is actually where Joey proposed, AWW! To top off a great shoot, they took us out to dinner at the oh so good Joey B's on the Hill. I HIGHLY recommend OUR FAVORITE salad, the spinach chicken salad. August 15th is the big day, and we are soooo looking forward to it!! :)
